Das Bürgerforum berät über die ersten Vorschläge am 6.3.2024

Am 6.März 2024 fand die erste Sitzung des Bürgerforums unter Beteiligung interessierter Bürgerinnen und Bürger statt. Seit dem Start der Beteiligungswebseite gingen an die 40 Vorschläge und Ideen ein, die zudem kommentiert oder per Zustimmung bewertet wurden. Viele haben das Mindestquorum von 10 Unterstützern erreicht. Besprochen wurde die Idee eines Mitteilungsblatts, einer Tempo 30 Zone auf der Gießenstrasse und die Idee eines Waldspielplatzes. Eine kleine Arbeitsgruppe wird sich mit dem Thema Mitteilungsblatt befassen, die Verwaltung hat einen Prüfauftrag zur Gießenstrasse ( plus alle anderen Vorschläge aus dem Bereich Verkehr) übernommen und die Stadt wird zum Vorschlag Waldspielplatz in Obersäckingen auf die Initiatoren zugehen. Desweiteren wird sich der Gemeinderat mit der Gesamtsituation der städtischen Spielplätze befassen. Weitere Vorschläge aus dem Bereich ältere MitbürgerInnen wurde an den Stadtseniorenrat gegeben. Zum ursprünglich geplanten Herbsttermin des Bürgerforums wird aufgrund der Anzahl der Anregungen eine zusätzliche Sitzung im Sommer vor den Sommerferien stattfinden. Näheres auf diese Seite

Mitteilungsblatt für Bad Säckingen

Höchstens 50% der Bevölkerung liest regelmäßig regionale Nachrichten bzw Tageszeitungen; bei jüngerer Bevölkerung ist diese Quote noch viel geringer! Das bedeutet daß wichtige Informationen der Stadt,  aus dem Gemeinderat und den Vereinen nur noch einen immer kleiner werdenden Teil der Bevölkerung erreichen  Das ist ein großer Nachteil für die Demokratie und die Bürgerbeteiligung  Digitale Medien können das nicht ersetzen. Vom Bebauungsplan bis zur Veranstaltung der örtlichen Vereine erreichen viele Menschen nicht mehr.  Die Tageszeitungen geben Vereinsnachrichten nur unzureichend weiter weil Zeitungen Personal sparen . Angesichts der ständig steigenden Preise für Tageszeitungen wird der oben genannte informations-Prozentsatz noch weiter sinken.  Deshalb ist es auch für eine Stadt Bad Säckingen wichtig, ein preisgünstiges Amts- und Informationsblatt anzubieten Das ist für etwa 2 € je Woche und für einen überschaubaren Betrag aus dem Stadthaushalt machbar FAKTEN Badische Zeitung BS 23.12 : Erkenntnisse zum Amtsblatt Herrischried: 2 700 EW = 1200 HH Kohlbrenner Druck Rickenbach mit Zustellung 48 Euro im Jahr!!   587 Abonnenten ca. 50 Prozent der Haushalte  Abruf über Homepage möglich  Defizit 18000 oder weniger ________d h. Für SÄCKINGEN:________ Erkenntnisse für BS: *Faktor 6.5*5,5? 17.660 Einwohner / 7.800 Haushalte 587 x 6.5 = 4000 Abonnenten 587 x 5.5 = 3200 Abonnenten  Einnahmen 6.5 x 48 = 192.000 € p.a   Bei Faktor 5.5 = 153.000 € p.a Defizit 6.5 x 18.000 = 117.000 € Defizit ? 5.5 x 18.000 = 100.000 € – Pers Aufwand einkalkuliert- Schlussfolgerung: Auch Bad Säckingen soll ein entsprechendes Informationsblatt erhalten Erfahrungen aus anderen Orten sind problemlos abrufbar.
