-Mit „Spielstraßen“ ist vermutlich „verkehrsberuhigter Bereich“ gemeint. Hier gilt bereits Schrittgeschwindigkeit! Das ist auch gut so!
-Generell Tempo 40 statt 50 innerorts, würde ich mitgehen
-Straßen in Wohngebieten auf denen es baulich bedingt nicht möglich ist, Sicherheitsabstände bei Gegenverkehr oder überholen einzuhalten oder welche ohne Gehwege ausgeführt sind, diese sollten als Tempo 20 oder verkehrsberuhigt ausgeführt werden (heute oft Tempo 30 auch in Neubaugebieten). Da würde ich mitgehen.
-In Fahrradstraßen gilt Tempo 30 aber PKW dürfen diese in der Regel nicht benutzen (oft zusatzzeichen Anlieger frei)
-Tempo 20 oder 25 wäre eventuell statt 30 gut, damit die Geschwindigkeit zwischen Fahrrad/Pedelec und KFZ in der Regel nicht zu groß sind
Ein Punkt ist die Erweiterung von Zone 30 in stark frequentierten Punkten und Nähe von Spielplätzen

Ich bin generell auch dafür. Allerdings geben mir entgegenkommende Fahrzeuge, an der besagten Engstelle, zum größten Teil Gas, damit Sie ja noch schnell vor mir durch die Engstelle sind 🙁 Also wird in der Gefahrenzone oft beschleunigt.
In der Schillerstraße gibt es Engstellen durch parkende PKW auch von Eltern, hier gibt es den Effekt leider auch. Zusätzlich versperren die Elterntaxis den anderen laufenden Kinder die Sicht beim Straße queren und stehen oft noch an den Querungsstellen im Weg 🙁 Parkplätze werden aus Bequemlichkeit selten genutzt.
Dann zu Bring- und Holzeiten den Bereich vielleicht lieber ganz sperren oder andere Maßnahmen wie Kontrollen oder Verkehrsberuhigung (Schrittgeschwindigkeit) oder Lotsen oder…
Es ist ein Trauerspiel, wie sich die Stadtverwaltung gehen Tempobeschränkungen wehrt. Siehe Beiträge zum Thema „Tempo 30 in der Gießenstraße“! Das Argument mit der Gefahrenlage überzeugt nicht. Schneller ist immer gefährlicher als langsamer. In anderen Gemeinden geht es ja auch, zum Teil flächendeckend Tempo 30. Bin Anwohner der Rippolinger Straße. Dort hätte man jetzt Nägel mit Köpfen machen können und das neue Tempolimit an den Berufsschulen bis zum Ortsausgang ausweiten. Die Rippolinger Straße wird nördlich des Abzweigs Ludwig-Herr-Straße von vielen Auto- und Motorradfahrern nur noch als Ausfallstraße zum Beschleunigen angesehen, in Gegenrichtung sieht es nicht besser aus. Offenbar ist Tempo 30 in Säckingen nur dort interessant, wo man mit einem Blitzgerät Kasse machen kann.
„Anlieger frei“ in Wohngebieten wäre vielleicht eine Idee. In Stein CH z.b. gilt das auch. Die Wohngebiete werden oft als Bypass, Schleichweg, Parkplatz oder Ausweichrute genutzt (Beispiele sind Zähringerstraße und Schillerstraße).
